Service Description

YOD Yoga : This is a High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) sandwiched inside a Power Yoga class. This class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility and coordination. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace and focus on quality over quantity. This class is offered 60 minute format.
